Guarantee and Policies
Health Guarantee
1. This puppy is guaranteed to be free of any hereditary defects for 3 years. If
any should develop the dog will be replaced with one of equal value from the next
available litter upon written documentation of the condition by 2 veterinarians of sellers
choice and at buyers expense. Seller will not be responsible for any vet bills once the
puppy leaves and buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the puppy.
2. Buyer must agree to have annual check-ups and keep all immunizations up to
date on this puppy. Buyer must have the puppy on heart worm prevention also. The
buyer has 3 working days to have the puppy checked by a veterinarian. The seller will
supply health records for this puppy from birth.
3. The seller will not replace a puppy that has not had proper vet care and
immunizations. Nor for a puppy’s illness caused by neglect, exposure to weather,
injury, poisoning, etc.
4. No other warranties or guarantees expressed or implied than what is stated in
this written guarantee. I, as the buyer have read and understand and agree to the
above guarantee.
